Overview

  • Objective: This initiative aims to increase product awareness, serve as one of Normies’ key marketing strategies, build the brand’s credibility, collect valuable user feedback, and create the 'aha moment'—the point at which users fully understand and appreciate the benefits of using our app.
  • Goals:
    • Increase the total users who intend to try our real product Ramps Normies from 7% to 55% (New session).
    • Increase the total retention from 0% to 30% (for growing more this percentage needs sustainability system).
    • Increase our product's trust level.

Challenges

  • Balancing customizability with scalability.
  • Seamless UX for both Web2 and Web3 users.
  • Enabling peer-to-peer resale or gifting while preventing fraud or excessive scalping.
  • Implementing gamification (rewards, surprises) that feels fair and doesn’t dilute the ticket’s core value.
  • Adoption and organizer onboarding.
